Stored data

Registration stores your name, email address, password hash and, voluntarily, company, position and interests. Necessary security and access events are logged minimally.

Purpose

Data is used for account management, email verification, secure login, individual reference access and access requests.

Retention

Account data is retained until deletion or until the purpose no longer applies. Expired tokens and technical rate-limit files are removed regularly.

Deletion and access rights

Deletion may be requested through the account area or provided contact channel. The administrator can remove the account, permissions, tokens and personal requests.

Cookies

Only a technically necessary session cookie is used for login, security and CSRF protection. Non-essential tracking is not integrated by default.
