SourceWeb documents my earlier build-up and project history; LionInterGroup shows my current management and IT context. Together they provide a more complete picture than isolated project logos.

Gatscherhof
From analysis, design and development to a live website and a dedicated admin area
Gatscherhof is a good example of how I work: the goal was not simply to redesign a website, but to create a digital solution that makes the guest journey easier while simplifying day-to-day operation for the owner. I handled concept, design, development and technical delivery, structured the enquiry journey and built a dedicated admin area. The project therefore connects public presentation, customer enquiries and internal visibility in one solution.
- Concept, design, development and technical delivery from a single point of responsibility
- Dedicated admin area so the operator can keep content and key processes easy to manage
- According to the client, strong demand led to full occupancy of the existing accommodation; an additional apartment is now being expanded
The production website is publicly accessible. For serious project enquiries, booking evidence, project documents and further implementation details can also be disclosed.
FURTHER TRACEABLE CONTEXT
Experience that goes beyond individual projects.
A single client case shows only one part of the picture. The SourceWeb history and my current responsibility at LionInterGroup therefore add longer-term build-up, management and technology responsibility.
Documented history
SourceWeb
SourceWeb shows that my experience is not limited to isolated website or software projects. The documented history covers company build-up, technical responsibility, client and project context, as well as videos, interviews, presentations and milestones over a longer period. Part of this material is public, while additional historical media is available through controlled password access. For a potential client, the relevant point is that I understand not only technical implementation but also what it takes for digital systems to work in real business operations.
- Company build-up with technical and operational responsibility
- Documented projects, videos, interviews, presentations and reference context
- Additional historical media and evidence available through controlled access on request
Current management & IT responsibility
LionInterGroup
LionInterGroup adds the context of my current responsibility. My management and IT role is publicly documented there and shows that I do not treat technology in isolation, but connect it with organisation, execution and business decisions. That is especially relevant when a project has to combine technical and commercial requirements.
- Publicly documented management and business responsibility
- IT project leadership and technical delivery in a business context
- International perspective on technology, processes and business development
HISTORICAL REFERENCE CONTEXT
Additional reference archive from the SourceWeb period
Part of my current project experience goes back to the period when I founded SourceWeb and built the company as managing director. As the group evolved, this work was carried forward within the LionInterGroup context. The linked archive brings together selected earlier projects and provides a traceable view of the different technical and business assignments I worked on at the time.
Some of these projects involved established companies and organisations. The purpose is not to emphasise names, but to show the experience gained from working with different structures, requirements and stakeholders.
For additional historical context, SourceWeb also has a publicly accessible Wikipedia article. It is linked here only as a complementary external source, not as a substitute for concrete project evidence.
PROTECTED SOURCEWEB MEDIA ARCHIVE
Videos, interviews and presentations from the SourceWeb period
history.lukasteissl.com provides an additional password-protected archive of historical material from the SourceWeb period. It includes videos, reference material, interviews and presentations documenting projects, appearances and the company’s development at the time. Access is intentionally not published openly and is provided personally on request where there is a legitimate interest.
This keeps older material, or content not intended for unrestricted publication, available in a controlled way while preserving its value as supporting evidence.
